Children should be given formal tests and exams from the age of six
ResponderBorrarFrom a point of view of child, in that age are you comfortable with games and activities, so be formally tested at that age could be scare. A parent will stand in the same way. They don’t want the see their children stressed or scare.
However, in a pedagogic way, the children need to be shaped and encourage to develop abilities and capabilities but formal tests don’t give us enough information about it because every child will have different strengths. By last, a teacher could take advance from the exams and evaluate things that supposed to be common in child, like uses of words and structures, basic mathematics, etc.; but not to qualify a child by it grade in those tests. A grade doesn’t define the capacity of a person.

1. Teacher perspective: As a professional I Know I can not give up on any student, but it is so hard for me and my students to handle the situation. I will need help from the kids parents and the school psychologist.
ResponderBorrar2. Parents perspective: We need to analyze what is going wrong in the education we are giving to our kid. Maybe we are not paying attention to our kid needs.
